We refuse to collect posted email addresses without permission by using email collection programs or other technical devices. If violated, criminal charges will be filed pursuant to the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.
Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (Prohibition on Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses)
1. No one is allowed to collect email addresses by using email collection programs or other technical devices on a website where refusal of such collection is explicitly expressed.
2. No one is permitted to distribute and sell the email addresses collected by violating Paragraph 1 above.
3. No one is allowed to transfer information to such collected email addresses while he/she knows that their collection, sales and distribution are forbidden pursuant to the Paragraphs 1 and 2 above.
If found in violation, fines up to KRW 10 million and not exceeding may be imposed.
